Eastbourne Views could not be more centrally located! This property enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of the town. Only five minutes walk to the Devonshire Park Tennis and Towner Art Gallery and a short stroll to the towns beaches. Occupying the whole of the 1st floor of this traditional villa the apartment is light, airy and very spacious with many original features.

A few outside steps lead guests up to the communal front door. Inside a further set of stairs take you to your own entrance of this 1st floor apartment
Once inside, guests love the sense of space that they will find in all of the rooms, including the very spacious and light living and dining room. This makes a delightful place to relax after exploring Eastbourne, with its floor-to-ceiling bay windows, comfortable seating, and flat screen TV. Situated in the bay windows, there is a dining table, from which guests can enjoy views over Eastbourne. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine and all essentials. The first of the apartment’s two bedrooms is a double bedroom with clothes rail and chest of drawers. The master bedroom is a very spacious bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe, sofa and a dressing table situated in the large bay window.
The bathroom is shower over bath with sink, toilet and towel rail.
On street parking directly outside the apartment, parking permits provided at an additional cost £1.50 per day and need to be ordered and are subject to availability as we are limited to the amount we can order from the council
This apartment could not be more centrally located with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes right on the doorstep. Eastbourne's wide shingle beach is a wonderful place to visit and at low tide the beaches become and expanse of sand. Only a short walk along the seafront is the start of the South Downs Way, with Beachy Head and on to the Birling Gap and The Seven Sisters a must for guests to visit. Easily accessible by foot but also serviced by bus or a pleasant drive.
