The accommodation consists of a spacious living room with two sofas and TV, large kitchen breakfast room with oven/hob, fridge freezer, breakfast bar, dishwasher and crockery & pans. Three bedrooms all of which are very spacious, the master bedroom with en suite offers views to the front with a double bed, good size twin room and single room. There is an upstairs bathroom. The decor is superior and makes this cottage light and airy.
The South Downs Way, the station and town centre or the open top sight-seeing bus are just a few metres away. Eastbourne has good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train.
