Set in the heart of Old Town with its local shops, restaurants, pubs and parks the house offers four bedrooms, two Kingsize, one double and one single bed it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests.

This spacious detached family house has plenty of features including a large laid to lawn garden and patio perfect for outside dining and entertaining. The accommodation consists of a spacious bay windowed living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, spacious dining area with dining table and chairs with direct access to the garden, fully equipped kitchen breakfast room with range oven, fridge freezer, breakfast bar, dishwasher and crockery & pans, washing machine and dryer. There is direct access to the garden from the kitchen, four bedrooms. The master bedroom offers views to the front with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, the two other double bedrooms offer rear views to the garden and South Downs the fourth bedroom is for single occupancy with futon style bed, family upstairs bathroom with double shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Off street parking is available at Kelvin Side for two cars

Local shops are just a short walk away or the bus's into Eastbourne town centre, beach and railway station are 5 minutes’ walk and run every 20 minutes, approx. 10 minute journey. Other bus routes to the start of the South Down Way & Brighton. Eastbourne has good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train.
