The master bedroom offers views to the front with king size bed, fitted wardrobes, the two other double bedrooms offer rear views to the garden and South Downs the fourth bedroom is for single occupancy with futon style bed, family upstairs bathroom with double shower, bidet, toilet and sink. There is also a downstairs toilet.

Local shops are just a short walk away or the bus's into Eastbourne town centre, beach and railway station are 5 minutes’ walk and run every 20 minutes, approx. 10 minute journey. Other bus routes to the start of the South Down Way & Brighton. Eastbourne has good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train.
