Shipside apartment is located in the Meads Village area of Eastbourne, which is to the western side of the town. The quiet Holywell Beach is just a five-minute walk from the apartment. For keen walkers this is an ideal holiday location, the stunning clifftop at Beachy Head with its breath-taking views is within one hours’ walk across the downs, guests may like to continue onto the Birling Gap and Seven Sisters, approximately a four mile walk.
Shipside is accessed via a main front door into a communal hallway, the apartment itself offers high ceilings and is tastefully decorated.
The living area has two sofa's, armchair coffee table. The living area features TV, DVD player, there is also a feature living flame gas fire for cosy nights in.
There are two bedrooms, one of which is a small double and located to the rear of the apartment overlooking the courtyard garden. The master bedroom is to the front of the property and is light and airy with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The beds and linen provided at Shipside are high quality.
The family bathroom situated between the two bedrooms is equipped with a bath over shower and wash hand basis and WC. The property also has a separate WC and wash room.
The kitchen and dining are of this apartment really are the heart of the house. The kitchen is well equipped including oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, pots, pans and crockery. The kitchen opens directly into a light and airy conservatory where you will find a dinning table and chairs. This is a lovely room for dining day and night. The conservatory also has under floor heating.
The courtyard garden is accessed via the conservatory or hallway. An outside table, chairs and parasol are provided making this area a perfect place for dining or relaxing with family and friends.

On street parking directly outside the apartment, parking permits provided at an additional cost of £1.50 need to be ordered and are subject to availability as we are limited to the amount we can order from the council
