Pebble cottage is owned and lived in by Melanie and Stuart; the cottage is available for holiday rental periodically throughout the year while Melanie and Stuart undertake their love for camper van travelling and travel writing. The cottage has a wonderful homely feel and is a real home from home. 

This attractive cottage accommodates 4 guests and is set in the heart of Meads Village with its shops, restaurants and pubs. This cottage offers two bedrooms, one double en-suite and one twin bedroom. Pebble Cottage is only a 5 minute walk to Eastbourne Beachfront. 

The cottage has plenty of original features inside and out and reflects the owners interest for travelling; the property has a wonderful secluded courtyard garden perfect for outside dining and entertaining. The accommodation consists of a spacious bay windowed living room with two sofas, armchair and TV/DVD with direct access to the garden; a large kitchen breakfast room with dining table and chairs, oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer and additional space to relax with sofa and TV and direct access to the patio garden via bi fold doors. The two bedrooms are very spacious; the master bedroom offers views to the South Downs, double bed, wardrobe and TV and en-suite shower room; the second bedroom accommodates two guests in single beds or option to have a king size bed. There is an upstairs bathroom with over-bath shower. The decor is superior and makes this cottage light and spacious.

Meads Village is just a short walk or quick bus journey into Eastbourne Town Centre, the village is also situated at the base of the South Downs and the start of the South Downs Way walk, the open top sight-seeing bus stop is only a few metres away on the seafront. Eastbourne has good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train.

Car not necessary. Nearest Amenities 100m. Nearest travel links:  nearest airport: Gatwick 78 km, nearest railway: Eastbourne 2 km.

 On street parking directly outside the apartment, parking permits provided at an additional cost £1.50 per day and need to be ordered and are subject to availability as we are limited to the amount we can order from the council

Outdoors: Private courtyard garden, dining table and chairs and 2 loungers.

On street parking, residents permits provided for one car. 

Strictly no smoking at this property.

Things to note; 

We provide guests with a welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits for when you arrive  

Essentials like washing up liquid, shampoo, soap, shower gel and toilet roll also provided but are not replenished during your stay.  If your apartment has a dishwasher or washing machine liquids are not provided

To comply with 'The Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972', Partnership Hotels must keep a register of all guests that stay in our establishments.

We must record -
