Contact Eastbourne Holiday Rentals before or during my stay

We are open Monday to Friday 9.30 - 4.30pm and Saturday mornings. Eastbourne Holiday Rentals is a small company and the phones are not manned all of the time. If outside of your holiday please leave a voicemail and someone will contact you back. If during or when arriving for your holiday it is always best to send a message as this will be picked up and responded to where as voice messages will be picked up the following day.


How do I pay for my holiday home

Once you have found your perfect home, we will take a £100 holding deposit, the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Our terms and conditions can be found on this website. 

Where are my arrival details

All arrival details will be emailed to you and will include full address, arrival time and code for the key safe. This information is usually sent 3 - 4 days prior to your arrival. 

What time can I check in

All properties have a 3pm check in. Your arrival email will confirm this for you. It is not usually possible to have an earlier check  However during the quieter winter months it is worth enquiring about. 

What time is check out 

Check out at all our properties is 10am, again this can not normally be extended as we need to prepare the property for the next guests. Please follow the information in the property folder for your check out details. 

Where do I collect keys and return the keys to

All of our properties have key safes so you can arrive at your own convenience after 3pm. We do ask that if arriving late we are notified to ensure you have all the relevant information to ensure smooth check in. We request that keys are left in the key safe on departure. All this information will be in your holiday let folder

Why do I need to pay a security deposit and when will I get this back?

All of our holiday properties require a security deposit to be paid in addition to the cost of the holiday. This security deposit is held for the duration of your stay in case of loss, damage or excessive cleaning required such as smoking in the property or leaving it excessively messy. The deposit is usually held against the card used to pay for your holiday and will be released normally within 7 days after departure. 

Dogs & Pets

Some of our holiday homes do allow dogs or other pets as we and some owners do believe dogs deserve holidays too. Please check out of dog friendly properties here Dog friendly properties

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties – if you smoke, please do so outside and remove any cigarette ash and remains safely. Guests believed to have been smoking in the accommodation may be charged additional cleaning of up to £100 per room affected.

Travelling with babies or small children

Some of our properties do have the option for travel cots and highchairs. However we recommend checking in advance. 

Left behind items

We know especially if travelling with children things can get left behind. We will try to locate anything left and return. There is a minimum charge of £15 per item returned.
