Close to the theatres, Eastbourne Tennis, art galleries, museums, boutique shops, restaurants, pubs, seafront & town centre. The South Downs National Park is on the door step providing glorious walks with breath-taking views.

Beach, town, theatres and National Downs all nearby. Family friendly Great for children of all ages. TV, WiFi, DVDs, books. Pets possible on request. Car not necessary. Nearest beach and nearest shops 0.1k.

Walking distance to the pier, theatres & shops.

Located in a well-kept Edwardian property, and offers two double bedrooms, one twin and one single, an extra bed can be provided if required at an extra cost pf £25 per night.

Bus stops for bus routes to the start of the South Down Way, the station and town centre or the open top sight-seeing bus are just a few metres away. Eastbourne has good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train.

This was our second stay at Sunbeams and again we enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment. The décor was lovely and the apartment was clean with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable too. The supply of towels, soap and shower gel is excellent, plus the tea and coffee etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Second stay and as good as we remembered

Our second stay at this spacious flat and our third time with Eastbourne Holiday Rentals. The flat was clean and fresh - nice bedding and towels - and as good as we remembered from our stay last year. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch - thank you Donna. We would not want to book through anyone else now we have discovered Eastbourne Holiday Rentals.

Excellent apartment

This was our second stay with Eastbourne Holiday Rentals and we were as delighted with this apartment as we were with the first. It was spacious, well decorated and spotlessly clean. This Apartment has it all , central to everything, good transport near by , beautiful apartment clean and stylish. Donna answers any questions promptly and is very accommodating, we loved our stay here and would love to come back. we all loved it ,as said in the comments book thank you for the nice touches such as the wine , tea ,coffee etc much appreciated. Great apartment

Donna is a great host. Very welcoming and helpful. Sorted the little problem we had (no cold water in the bathroom - try cleaning your teeth with hot water!) within a couple of hours.

May bank holiday get away

We stayed over the late May bank holiday weekend. When we arrived everything was clean and tidy and the host met us and explained everything to us. There was lots of information available for day trips out. The location was only 10 mins walk from the shops and sea front. Overall we had a great stay and depending on our plans next year, we wouldn't have a problem booking the same place again.

Spacious apartment

I was impressed by how spacious the apartment was. It was clean, comfortable and the hosts were helpful and communicative. The location is close to the seafront and station, and easy walking distance to Beachy Head. A couple of good pubs just a short walk away, too. I’d definitely stay here again.
