Seabreeze and Pebbles 2 apartments are in an excellent location Seabreeze has a delightful balcony offering magnificent far reaching views of the seafront and bowling green. Its location could not be more perfect.

The apartment is within easy reach of The Sovereign Centre (swimming and leisure complex) and Princes Park, with its lake, bowling green and putting green. Seafront facilities and local shops, including a supermarket, are also within walking distance.

The South Downs National Park is a short drive providing glorious walks with breath-taking views.

The beach is directly opposite the apartment and local bus or walking routes provide easy access to the town, pier, theatres and National Downs which are all nearby. TV, WiFi, DVD player and, books. Family Friendly and great for children of all ages.

Seabreeze offers one double bedroom and one twin room. The large bay fronted lounge, dining room gives direct views to the seafront. There is a family bathroom and a modern well equipped kitchen with access to the balcony. The balcony overlooks the seafront perfect for el fresco dining.

Bus routes to the start of the South Down Way, the station and town centre or the open top sight-seeing bus are located within walking distance. Eastbourne has good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train.

Car not necessary however a private parking space for one car is provided. The nearest Amenities 100 m, nearest airport: Gatwick 78 km, nearest railway: Eastbourne 2 km

Thoroughly enjoyed & would highly recommend

For a start, the view is exquisite! The accommodation is spotlessly clean, bright and airy, quiet bedrooms, very comfortable beds, reasonably priced, spacious, relaxed, all amenities you would require. Despite the apartment being on the second floor, there was plenty of airflow to keep cool, even during a heat wave. Although sunsets are not in view, we've thoroughly enjoyed watching the incredible changing pastels over the Channel during sunset. And the moon rise has been breathtaking every night. The location is within walking distance to the pier, and most other attractions, along the seafront. Right across from the Seabreeze, on the seafront, is The Beachfront Deck restaurant, serving lavish breakfasts (lunch and early dinner as well). A Sainsbury's Local is within walking distance, and Tesco's Supermarket is a 3 or 4 minute drive, making it easy to pick up groceries for the fully equipped kitchen. Two additional features that were not offered by most other accommodations in Eastbourne are free private parking and, for me being a smoker, the private balcony where I could step out for a cigarette with my coffee/drink. Finally, Donna was ready and available to provide any assistance required.

Seabreeze Apartment

Would highly recommend this apartment for location, facilities and standard of cleanliness and furnishings. Lovely views from the balcony from this spacious and modern apartment. We had three adults and there was more than ample room with great access to beach and town. Dawn has been wonderful, nothing is too much trouble and we have used Eastbourne Holiday Rentals on numerous occasions, each time has been wonderful customer service and communication

Eastbourne Holiday fun

For Eastbourne holiday fun you should choose Seabreeze apartment: comfortable, clean, maintained and with great views at the Seafront. The hostess gives you a welcome feeling. Facilities as public transport and local shops, including a supermarket and Phoenix Rentals for a bike, are also within walking distance. There is plenty to do in Eastbourne, a really friendly town, and the surrounding areas. There are good transport links to Brighton, Hastings, Gatwick & London by bus or train. We had a great time!

The most welcoming place I've stayed in a long time.

Everything, the flat was very homely and we felt at home instantly. It was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location is superb and only a short walk into town. Having the sea in your doorstep was awesome and we were lucky with the weather. Being able to relax with such wonderful views was priceless. There is plenty to do in Eastbourne and the surrounding areas and we could have stayed longer and seen a lot more. Was a real shame to leave.
